1. Dealer Registration Agreement

By registering as a dealer with NexGen Telecommunications, you agree to comply with all company policies and procedures. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and NexGen Telecommunications Pvt. Ltd.

2. Branding Compliance

All marketing material, signage, and customer communications must carry NexGen-approved branding and disclaimers.

3. Business Operations

As a registered dealer, you are authorized to sell and promote NexGen's telecommunication services within your designated area of operation. You must maintain professional business practices and represent the company in a positive manner.

4. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) requirements. Any violation may result in immediate termination of your dealer status.

5. Confidentiality

You shall maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, including customer data, pricing structures, and business strategies. This obligation survives the termination of this agreement.

6. Commission and Payments

Commission structures will be as per the company's prevailing policy. Payments will be processed monthly based on verified sales and activations.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. The company reserves the right to terminate immediately for breach of terms or unethical business practices.

8. PTCL Exclusion Zone

Dealers, sub-dealers, and affiliates are strictly prohibited from: • Operating in any area where PTCL fiber/copper infrastructure is active and commercially available. • Soliciting, approaching, or migrating existing PTCL customers to the PakNet Panel.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexGen Telecommunications from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your business operations.
